Eight RF-4Cs from the Alabama Air National Guard, 160TRS/187TRG Montgomery ANGB, arrived at NAS Eggebek on the 29th of May 1980. Two diverted to RAF Alconbury and arrived at Eggebek on the 31st.

All the way from CFB Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada, four CF-5(R)s from 434sq. 

The Royal Danish Air Force sent five RF-35 from Esk729 based at Karup. 

Leck Air Base is located very close to NAS Eggebek. Five of their RF-4Es from AG52 were present. 

MFG2 participated from their homebase NAS Eggebek. Six F/RF-104Gs participated.

717 Skvadron from the Norwegian Air Force, based at Rygge, transitioned to the RF-5A in 1969. 717Skv disbanded in August 1979. The RF-5As continuted to operate as a flight of Skv 336. The badge of Skv336 is already visible on the fin of 103. Six were present at Eggebek.

The Royal Air Force brought two Canberra PR.9s (photo XH131) and six Jaguar GR.1s to Eggebek. 

The second PR.9 was XH175. Both came from the 39sq stationed at RAF Wyton.

This photo shows Royal Air Force Jaguar GR.1 XZ363/Z from 41sq based at RAF Coltishall.

Part of USAFE’s 26TRW, based at Zweibrücken AB in Germany, is the 38TRS flying with the RF-4C. On the fuselage is the towel rack of the LORAN pecission navigation system. In August 1975 it came from the 432nd TFW, 14th TRS OZ at Udorn RTAFB, Thailand.
